MIMO Milano Monza Motor Show 2025

The fourth edition of the MIMO Milano Monza Motor Show 2025 opened in spectacular fashion last week. Autodromo Nazionale Monza was transformed into the ultimate showcase for speed, design, and cutting-edge innovation. The roar of Pagani hypercars ignited three days of pure passion for thousands of fans who flocked to the temple of motorsport.

As tradition demands, the festival started with a thrilling high-speed parade. On Monza’s legendary main straight, automotive icons like the Pagani Huayra R Evo Roadster, Huayra R, Codalunga, and Utopia Coupé kicked off the inaugural grid. They were joined by four-wheeled masterpieces from Ferrari, McLaren  including the ultra-rare Senna Sempre  Dallara, Lamborghini, Porsche, Maserati, and Aston Martin, turning the track into a moving celebration of automotive excellence.

The opening day was a resounding success. From the early morning hours, the paddocks and pit boxes were buzzing with energy, while the grandstands quickly filled with fans eager to catch every moment. As the day unfolded, the excitement only grew. Ultimately, once again, MIMO proved itself as an unmissable event for both petrolheads and curious visitors alike.

A Glimpse Into the Future: Autonomous Driving and Premieres

One standout moment was the dynamic debut of two Maserati autonomous vehicles the GranTurismo Folgore and GranCabrio Folgore developed by Aidoptation in collaboration with the Politecnico di Milano and the Indy Autonomous Challenge. These advanced models led the Premiere Parade, showcasing what the future of electric and driverless mobility could look like.

Another highlight was the Italian premiere of the new Jaecoo 5, an eagerly awaited SUV revealed for the first time to the public at the Omoda&Jaecoo stand.

Industry Leaders Joined the Celebration

The opening ceremony was hosted by MIMO President Andrea Levy, joined by the event’s ambassador. Federica Masolin, one of Sky Sport’s most popular sports journalists, who brought her trademark enthusiasm to officially open the festival.

Paolo Martini, Head of Plenitude E-Mobility Recharge Solutions and CEO of Be Charge, who spoke about the importance of embracing the full spectrum of automotive culture; Carlo Abbà, Monza’s Councillor for Commerce and Marketing, who emphasized MIMO’s positive impact on the local community; and Pietro Meda, Vice President of ACI Milano, who highlighted the crucial focus on road safety.

Representing the Autodromo, Giuseppe Redaelli, President of SIAS, reminded everyone of Monza’s international legacy and vital role in the global automotive landscape. Alberto Scuro, President of the Automotoclub Storico Italiano (ASI), also unveiled a “festival within the festival” a breathtaking display of historic racing cars, iconic grand tourers, and vintage models powered by alternative fuels, celebrating the timeless beauty of motorsport.

What Visitors Experienced

Visitors had the chance to see some of the world’s most exciting models up close. The McLaren Senna Sempre, McLaren 750S, McLaren Artura, Aston Martin Valiant. A complete range of Mercedes-Benz AMG and EQ models. The futuristic Tesla Cybertruck and Cybercab. The full Pagani lineup, Dallara Stradale, Leapmotor, EMC, Foton, and more. The IED Torino Pagani Alisea concept car was another showstopper.

In the RECARO paddock, fans admired the Porsche 914/6, Cayman GT4 RS. The Dallara AK Esports sim lounge added an immersive touch, offering pro-level driving simulators for virtual racing enthusiasts.

Over the three days, the energy only grew. The adrenaline-pumping Arte in Pista Pagani hypercar showcase to the Supercar Track Day. Electrifying test drives of the latest EVs and hybrids. The iconic RECARO Parade, drifting shows, and autonomous driving demos with the Indy Autonomous Challenge. Crowds were treated to a celebration of speed, technology, and the future of mobility. Moreover, once again, MIMO delivered an event that will stay in the hearts of car lovers for years to come.
